Two one-act plays:
"Watt's Cooking" by Raymond Blakesley
"Wolf ‘n the Hood" by George Douglas Lee

Guide Bridge Theatre has a long tradition of supporting youth theatre and it’s an area that we aim to develop further. We are delighted to present our Youth Theatre’s 2021 Summer production to showcase our very talented group of young performers.
Two one-act plays:

Watt’s Cooking
A one-act drama. We meet recalcitrant child Edna whose nature is transformed when she is sent away to live with mean old pie maker Mrs Watts. Mrs Watts grants Edna's wish to have her name changed to Goldilox. She is successful in persuading the Bear family to enjoy fruit and vegetables rather than meat, but the sting in the tail hints of a grisly end for Mrs Watts.

Wolf ‘n the Hood
A richly comic one-act court-room fantasy drama for kids. The Big Bad Wolf is in the dock, accused of sheepnapping, and Bo Peep is determined to get a conviction. Can Red Riding Hood save her client despite their shared history?

Initially tickets will only be available to families of those involved - see Jackie for more information
