DETAILS
When Mark and Vicky invite Judith and Eric over for what seems like a friendly dinner party, tensions quickly bubble to the surface. It turns out that Mark and Judith once had a relationship, and Vicky and Eric have secrets of their own. Over the course of the evening — with the help of quite a lot of alcohol — old flames reignite, jealousies flare, and shocking revelations turn the night into a chaotic battle of the sexes.
Character Breakdown:
- Mark - A charming but somewhat smug man. Mark is confident and sharp-tongued, but beneath his bravado, he's insecure about his past relationships. He once dated Judith, and the old feelings aren't entirely dead.
-
- Vicky - Mark’s current partner. She's clever, witty, and has a knack for cutting sarcasm. Vicky is not as naive as she might first appear and has a few secrets of her own. She handles herself with poise, even as the evening spirals out of control.
-
- Eric - Judith’s partner. A bit of a nerdy or awkward type, Eric is less socially polished than Mark but has a hidden depth. He surprises everyone as the evening unfolds, revealing unexpected steel beneath his mild-mannered exterior.
-
- Judith - Eric’s partner and Mark’s ex. Elegant, poised, and intelligent, Judith appears calm but is simmering underneath. She's determined not to let the past dictate her present but struggles once old emotions resurface.
