Box Office

The best way to get tickets is online via our Ticket Source shop using the link above however, if you would prefer to buy tickets in person, our physical box office is open most Sunday mornings from 10am until 12noon. You can also buy tickets in person for all shows when the theatre is open on performance nights from 7pm

Our telephone box office service is operated by Ticket Source and is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7.30pm and Saturday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays). Call 0333 666 3366 to book your tickets over the phone.

How to pay for tickets

If you book online, then the card payment is processed by the providers of the service 'TicketSource'.

Exchanges, Refunds & Ticket Protection

If your plans change, we are happy to exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same show (subject to availability), provided you contact us at least 48 hours before your original scheduled performance.

Refunds & Ticket Protection

All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, when purchasing your tickets via Ticket Source, you will have the option to add optional Refund Protection (via XCover).

This third-party cover protects your booking if you can no longer attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, transport breakdown, or emergency.

We know that some people do not have printers to print tickets at home. You don't need to bring tickets with you. All we need is the booking reference or the name of the person booking the tickets.
